Contact Markdown For All

Send support requests, conversion feedback, privacy questions, bug reports, and abuse reports. Please describe the issue without sending private document contents.

Email

Reach us at support@mdforall.com.

We read messages related to the converter, the website, privacy, accessibility, and site reliability. If you are reporting a conversion issue, include the source format, approximate file size, browser, and what looked wrong in the Markdown. Do not attach confidential files unless we have agreed on a safe way to review them.

Before sending files

Do not email private documents, account statements, contracts, medical records, or credentials. A short description is usually enough to start debugging.

Useful details

Mention your browser, file extension, approximate file size, and the part of the converted Markdown that did not match the original structure.

Privacy questions

Use the same email address for questions about file handling, logs, data deletion, or whether a document type is appropriate for this workflow. Include enough context for us to answer without exposing private content.

Abuse and security reports

Report suspicious behavior, broken access controls, malware uploads, spam, misleading pages, or security concerns. Please include the page URL, time of the issue, and a clear description of what happened.

Content corrections

If a guide is unclear, outdated, or missing an important limitation, send the page URL and the section that needs correction. We prefer specific fixes over general feedback.

Response expectations

We prioritize privacy, security, and reproducible conversion bugs. General product suggestions are useful, but they may not receive the same response speed as operational issues.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, customer records, bank statements, tax forms, medical records, contracts under confidentiality restrictions, or any file you are not allowed to share. If the issue depends on a private document, describe the structure instead: for example, “a two-column PDF with a numbered list and a table on page three.”
