What to include in a reproducible report
Security and privacy reports are reviewed first. For a conversion problem, include the affected page URL, source file type, approximate file size, browser and operating system, the structure you expected, and the structure you received. A short redacted sample or a newly created test file is safer and usually more useful than sending the original private document.

General suggestions and content corrections are handled on a best-effort basis. Response times vary with the severity and reproducibility of the issue.
Conversion bug reports
Include the source format, approximate file size, browser, operating system, and what part of the Markdown looked wrong. A short sanitized sample is better than a private original file.
Privacy questions
Ask about file handling, temporary processing, deletion timing, logs, cookies, analytics, advertising, or whether a document type is appropriate for this workflow.
Security reports
Use a subject such as [Security]. Include the affected URL, steps to reproduce, impact, and time observed. Do not test in a way that harms service availability or other users.
Abuse reports
Report malware uploads, automated abuse, misleading pages, copied content, or behavior that interferes with normal use of the converter.
Content corrections
Send the page URL, section title, and proposed correction if a guide is unclear, outdated, or missing an important limitation.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, API keys, private keys, contracts, medical records, bank statements, customer data, or files you are not authorized to share.
